What businesses do you build for?

We work with almost any type of business or local group in West Wales—from tradespeople and cafes to consultants and community clubs. However, we strictly limit our “Free” builds to a maximum of 3 pages (typically Home, Services, and Contact). This allows us to maintain the high speed and quality we are known for.

Why is the design and build free?

Our main business is building large-scale, custom websites for global corporate clients. By offering free builds locally in West Wales, we build a strong network of successful businesses that may eventually need our advanced services as they grow. We win when you win.

How do I know if my application is successful?

Because we only dedicate a limited amount of time to this initiative, we limit ourselves to 10 free builds per month. Once you submit your onboarding form, our team will review your assets and let you know within 2–3 business days if you have secured a slot.

When do I start paying the £20 monthly hosting fee?

We collect your payment details during onboarding to secure your spot. However, we offer a 14-Day Build Window. No payment is taken from your bank for the first 14 days. This gives us time to build, review, and launch your site before the first hosting fee is processed.

What does the £20/month cover?

This is a managed hosting and maintenance fee. It covers high-performance server space on Cloudways, your SSL security certificate, daily backups, and regular platform updates to ensure your site stays fast and secure.

How do I cancel?

You can manage your subscription directly through your account. There is a subscription cancellation button on the dashboard page once you login to your Client Dashboard.

What happens if I initiate a chargeback?

Per our Terms and Conditions, we ask that you contact us in good faith if you have a billing issue. Initiating a chargeback without notice is considered a material breach of our agreement and will result in the immediate suspension of your website and services.

Do I own the website?

Yes, the website is your property. However, to offset the cost of the free design and build, we require that the site remains hosted with us for the first 12 consecutive months.

What is the “12-Month Rule”?

Ownership of the specific website files and design structure is eligible for transfer to you only after 12 months of active, paid hosting. If you cancel before this period, the site will be taken offline and data deleted after 30 days.

Can I move my site after the first year?

Yes. After 12 months, you are free to migrate. Because we use the Divi framework, you will be required to purchase your own independent Divi subscription through our affiliate link to ensure your site continues to receive security updates on your new host.

What if I already have a domain name?

No problem! If you already own a domain (e.g., yourbusiness.co.uk), we will provide you with simple, step-by-step instructions on how to point it toward our managed hosting on tentoten.co.

What if I don’t have a domain name yet?

If you need to buy a new domain, we will provide you with a link to our preferred registrar, Namecheap. Please be aware that this is an affiliate link, meaning we receive a small commission from the registrar at no extra cost to you. This is one of the ways we keep our build services free for local businesses.

Can I update the website myself?

Absolutely! You have full access to your site. We provide a short tutorial video showing you exactly how to make text and image edits using the Divi builder so you don’t have to worry about “breaking” the design.

What if I accidentally break my website?

Don’t panic. We take regular backups. If something goes wrong during an update you made, contact us via your dashboard or at [email protected], and we can restore your site to a previous version.

How do I get technical support?
